Mammy Fit by Alice was launched to support the overall well-being of mums and mums to-be on their journey throughout their pregnancy and motherhood.  

We offer 1:1 coaching and small group programmes both privately and in the community.

1-1  Coaching

Are you looking for a comprehensive fitness package that will support you during your pregnancy (if you're currently expecting) or Postpartum throughout motherhood?

We have 3 different pricing plans to choose from based on how many sessions you'd like. We have 5, 8 and 10 session plans to choose from. 

 

All plans include:

  • 1:1 gym-based coaching

  • Nutrition advice and macro break down

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Monthly check-ins with metrics measured 

  • Access into a private app where you can access workouts assigned and track your progress

  • Useful resources

  • Recipe library

  • On-demand workout library alongside your scheduled programme

  • Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join you.

Online Coaching

We have 3 different online coaching packages to choose from including 1, 3 and 6 month pricing plans.

All plans include:

  • A personalised programme

  • Nutrition advice and macro break down

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Monthly check-ins with metric measurements taken

  • Access into our private app where you can track your progress, integrate MyFitness pal, upload metrics etc.

  • Recipe library

  • On-demand workout library

On-demand programmes

Our 6 week on-demand programmes allow you to complete the programme in your own time.

Our classes

As a mum myself I totally understand how hard it can be to find childcare to go to your favourite class, join a gym or to even do anything for yourself. Which is why I created classes which allow you to bring your pre-walking little ones with you while you can focus on your health.

Stage 1 'Returning to exercise'

Have you recently had a baby and you're thinking about returning to exercise or you have not exercised at all and you're looking for a starting point?

Our 'Returning to exercise' class focuses on Core and Pelvic floor rehabilitation, re-establishing good breathing patterns, building foundations to aid in the role of motherhood, progressively regain strength etc. 

Our classes include functional fitness exercises, Pilates, rehabilitation exercises and breath-work

Stage 2 

This class is suitable for mums that have completed a Returning to Exercise programme/ are fairly active and are ready to take the fundamentals to the next level.

Stage 3 (Strength and Conditioning)

Returning to weight training Postpartum or you may be interested in starting your journey. Please ensure you complete a minimum of 12 weeks Postnatal rehabilitation before booking this class You can do this by booking into our Stage 1 and then our Stage 2 programme.

Prenatal classes/ 1-1 coaching and workshops

Our Prenatal classes help to prepare the body for labour, can relieve back pain, can lower risk of gestational diabetes, boosts your mood and energy levels and can improve quality of sleep. â€‹

Our 1-1 workshops are great for Prenatal women that are eager to continue exercising throughout their pregnancy but are a little unsure of the modification/adaptations. If regular coaching is for you then check out our pricing plans below.

Mum and baby Yoga

This class uses balance, movement and relaxation to aid in Postnatal  recovery whilst bonding and connecting with your baby. Our classes also give mums the chance to connect with other like minded mums.
